A company from here, for a problem from here.
AgroMesh was built inside a working packing house — not in an office far from the field.
In avocado, the sale closes in dollars per box and the purchase is paid in pesos per kilo. They are two worlds, and they almost never talk. In between sit an Excel put together on Monday and the field buyer's memory — and there, in the orchard, is where the margin leaks.
AgroMesh exists to close that gap: the purchase price tied to the day's market, and every kilo counted orchard to container.
We're from Michoacán, and AgroMesh was built inside a working packing house — not in an office far from the field. Every screen came out of a real problem: a field buyer waiting on a price, a settlement to schedule in SICOA, a sale to reconcile with what's in inventory.
What works in the field stayed; the rest was thrown out. We're from here.

The data model is the law.
Every kilo, every settlement and every price have one single place where they live. If a piece of data doesn't match the reality of the field, you fix the data — you don't dress up the result.
Nothing that moves money or reputation happens on its own.
A price out of range, a pitch to an importer, a settlement in SICOA: it always passes through a person before it proceeds. The system prepares; your people decide.
A forecast is a band, not a promise.
We show the likely range with its validity badge, never an exact number disguised as certainty. Whatever isn't validated is marked as context.
We started in Michoacán avocado. The same system — buying tied to the market, selling connected, counting every kilo — works for other chains with the same problem: first Jalisco, then crops like berries, mango and lime.
It's not a promise with a date; it's where the work is headed.
Let's talk.
